After participating in the community through various events and sports, we started to notice a big need in the community for coffee and food vans that could attend these occasions to help create a more positive experience for those attending. This alongside Alex's love for coffee and whole some food is what sparked the idea to create a coffee and food van that would support local as much as possible including sourcing supplies either locally, from WA or at widest within Australia, provide good coffee and coffee alternatives alongside good old fashion style wholesome food that is delicious and healthier for you. This also includes embracing alternatives such as diary free, gluten free etc making sure everyone is welcome at Brindy's Coffee Bar.
