Shane has been a chef for some 27 years, having worked in England, France, Greece and Canada as well as his hometown Perth and Cairns, and has been living in Kalgoorlie since January 2020. Specialising in finger food events, gourmet barbecues, exquisite buffets and plated events, Shane has a passion for Bush Tucker ingredients and takes great pride in writing bespoke menus for every event, providing simply great food which is clean and healthy, with a heavy leaning towards gluten free.
